What's New

What we shipped, month by month. We publish these at least monthly, and the current month is updated as things ship.

#2026-09

Help where you are working, and deadlines in your own calendar.

New

  • A Help Center, and help inside the app

Written help for every screen, plus a question mark in the corner of the app that opens the right article without navigating away.

    How TrackMyVendor is organized →

  • Calendar

Every license, certificate and W-9 deadline in a month view, with a day view for chasing what is due. Under Calendar in the sidebar.

  • Subscribe to your deadlines

    Starter

A calendar link you can add to Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar. It refreshes on its own, so a renewal recorded here turns up there without anyone doing anything. Calendar → Subscribe.

Subscribe to your deadlines in Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar →

  • Endorsements read from certificates

Additional insured, waiver of subrogation and primary and non-contributory are now pulled out of an uploaded COI and shown on the certificate.

What AI parsing reads off a certificate →

  • Chase everyone at once

Notify All on the Action Queue emails every contractor with something outstanding, one message each. Nobody is emailed twice within 48 hours, however many places the reminder could have come from.

    The Action Queue explained →

  • Book a call

Pick a time with us straight from the site rather than trading emails about it.

Improved

  • Renewal reminders now match the deadline

A ninety-day heads-up and a seven-day warning no longer read the same. Every reminder also carries an upload link, so a contractor can act on it without hunting for the last email we sent them.

    How expiration alerts work →

  • Billing moved into Settings

Your plan, what it includes, your receipts and the plan picker are now the Billing tab of Settings instead of a screen of their own. Settings is also wider, and its tabs run across the top.

    What each plan includes →

  • Choose what we email you about

Announcements and release notes are now a preference of their own, separate from compliance alerts. Settings → Notifications.

  • First-run pointers

New accounts get a short pointer on each main screen, shown once. Turn them back on any time from Settings → Advanced.

  • Free accounts see what they are missing

The weekly summary and the request screens now say plainly which reminders a paid plan would send on your behalf, instead of quietly not sending them.

Fixed

  • Documents and Requests paginate

Both loaded every row at once, which got slow for larger rosters.

  • Calendar navigation

Moving between months could land on the wrong one.

  • Upload links accept everything

A contractor sent a link for one document type could not use it to send another. Every link now takes licenses, certificates, W-9s and anything else.

Agencies, real billing, and a lot more detail out of your certificates.

New

  • Agency portal

    Agency

Brokers, risk managers and PM firms can hold a portfolio of client organizations, see every client's exceptions in one queue, and step into a client to work. Clients authorize the agency themselves, and can withdraw it.

Getting started in the agency console →

  • Weekly compliance summary

A Monday digest of every contractor with something expired or expiring. On every plan, including Free. Settings → Notifications to turn it off.

The weekly compliance summary email →

  • Action Queue, Documents and Requests as their own screens

What needs doing, everything you hold, and everything you have asked for — three separate pages instead of tabs buried on the dashboard.

    The Action Queue explained →

  • Call assignments what you call them

    Pro

Projects, Properties, Jobs, Sites — pick the word your team already uses and it changes everywhere, exports included. Settings → Labels.

  • Receipts and card management

Every payment produces a downloadable receipt, and card, billing address and VAT details are handled through Stripe's own portal. Settings → Billing.

Find invoices and update your card →

  • Contact name and phone on a contractor

So you know who you are actually chasing, not just the company.

  • Activity on a contractor

A timestamped record of what has happened to that contractor, on their own page.

The contractor page, tab by tab →

Improved

  • Pro is now $59 a month, down from $79

Existing subscriptions moved to the lower price too.

  • Certificates give up more detail

Per-coverage limits and the effective and expiry dates of each coverage are now read out of a COI, rather than one date for the whole certificate.

What AI parsing reads off a certificate →

  • License search adds the contractor for you

Find a license, and the contractor is created and linked in the same step.

Search a state license database →

  • Faster license lookup

Search across all seven states now returns in a fraction of the time, and the state coverage lists are correct.

  • An expired trial no longer moves you to Free behind your back

Your subscription stays on the plan you picked, paid features pause, and one checkout resumes them. You also get a reminder before the trial ends.

Start a trial, upgrade, or change plan →

  • Request Documents is where you would look for it

Moved out of the contractor's panel and onto the page itself.

A quiet month: better W-9 reading, and a tidier site.

Improved

  • W-9 reading keeps up with the model behind it

W-9 extraction now follows the current version of the model we use rather than a pinned one, which reads unusual and older layouts more reliably.

What AI parsing reads off a W-9 →

  • Guides for three more trades

Industry guides covering what compliance actually looks like in three more lines of work.

Want these in your inbox?

Account holders can turn release notes on under Settings → Notifications. They're separate from compliance alerts, so you can have one without the other.
