Refund Policy

Subscriptions are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable. We clearly state billing terms during signup and on invoices.

In certain cases, refunds or account credits may be issued at our discretion—for example, billing errors or service interruptions.

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact support@trackmyvendor.com within 7 days of the charge. We'll investigate and respond promptly.
