Someone you work for — a general contractor, a property manager, a builder — uses TrackMyVendor to keep track of insurance and licence paperwork. They've asked you for a document, and the email has a link.
What you have to do
Tap the link, attach the document, submit. That's the whole thing, and it takes about two minutes.

- No app. It opens in your phone's browser.
Is this legitimate?
Fair question, and worth checking rather than assuming either way. The email names the company asking, and so does the page it opens. If that's a company you work for and the document is one they'd reasonably need — your certificate of insurance, your W-9, your licence — it's what it looks like.
If you're not sure, ring the company directly on a number you already have. Never a number from the email itself. They'll tell you in ten seconds whether they asked.
Careful
The link has a deadline
It stops working 14 days after it was sent. If yours has expired, ask the company to send a new one — they can do it in a couple of clicks. See Your link expired or won't open.
What they see
The documents you upload and their expiry dates. Nothing else about you, and nothing about your other customers.
