Every Monday morning, one email listing every contractor with something expired or expiring. It's the Action Queue in email form.
Who gets it
Every member of your organization. Never your contractors — they get their own reminders, and the digest names everyone's shortcomings at once, which is not something to send outside the company.
When
Mondays at 10am Eastern.
It's on every plan
Including Free. This is the one compliance email that isn't gated — an organization tracking 25 contractors on the free tier still gets told when something lapses.
What Free doesn't get is the per-deadline alerts: emails timed to each individual deadline at 90, 60, 30 and 7 days, going to your team and to the contractor. That's the upgrade. See How expiration alerts work.
Nothing to report, no email
A week where everything is in order produces no digest at all. Silence means good news, not a broken job — worth knowing before you go looking for it.
Turning it off
Settings → Notifications, untick Weekly compliance summary, save. It's an organization-wide setting rather than a personal one: turning it off stops it for everybody. Per-deadline alerts are unaffected.
