Vet a sub before you hire them
Add a sub you're considering as a prospect, send one link for what you check before award, then approve, approve with conditions or decline. Approving sends the rest of your onboarding request. Prospects in the sidebar.
Your own forms on the upload link
Attach your own blank form to any document you require, such as your prequalification questionnaire, and your subs download it from their link. Settings → Compliance → Your blank forms.
Safety records, read for you
File a sub's EMR letter or OSHA 300A as one and it's read: the mod rate, and TRIR and DART worked out from the 300A's hours and cases. Set a maximum EMR and TRIR in Settings to flag anyone above them. Figures are read, not verified.
