What each plan includes

In this article: Free, Starter and Pro — what changes as you move up, and what is on every plan.

Three plans. The short version: Free is a real product with a contractor cap, Starter adds automation and a teammate, Pro adds projects, reports and bulk tools.

On every plan, including Free

  • Licence verification across all seven states
  • AI parsing of certificates and W-9s
  • Magic-link uploads — contractors upload without an account
  • Document storage in all five categories
  • The weekly compliance summary email
  • The timestamped activity log

None of that is an upgrade feature. A free account is genuinely usable — it's capped, not crippled.

What each tier adds

PlanAdds
FreeUp to 25 contractors, one user.
StarterUnlimited contractors. Per-deadline alerts at 90/60/30/7 days, to your team and the contractor. A second user.
ProProjects and per-project requirements. PDF and Excel reports. Bulk import from spreadsheet or certificate archive. Zapier and Make webhooks. Unlimited users.

Current prices are on the pricing page — deliberately not repeated here, so this article can't go stale.

The upgrade that usually matters

It's rarely the contractor cap. It's the per-deadline alerts, because they're what reaches the contractor: the reminder that lands in your sub's inbox with an upload link is the difference between compliance being a thing you chase and a thing that mostly happens.

Trials

Paid plans come with a 30-day trial, no card required. One trial per organization — see Start a trial, upgrade, or change plan.

Note

Working through an agency? Your agency's plan decides what your organization gets, and your own billing screen is read-only. That's not a fault — it's who's paying.
